How does the Shipping & Delivery process work?
After an order is placed it takes up to 3 business days for domestic order & could take up to 24 (additional) hours for international order to process with the exception of weekends and holidays. We ship out Monday- Friday, domestic & international. Domestic normally takes 5-7 business days after order has been processed. To keep the cost down for our valued international customers, international shipping could take anywhere between 15 to 20 business days. It is extremely important that customers provide the correct shipping address & email address when ordering as we are not responsible for packages delivered to wrong addresses given by customers after order is submitted. If orders are returned back to us due to incorrect address, or unclaimed packages when shipping domestic or international, customer will be held responsible for initial & reshipping fees. Orders that are returned to us by the postal service as unclaimed when it arrives to the shipping address provided by the customer will be refunded minus the shipping charges charged by the postal service. Orders are processed between the time that order comes in and up to 72 hours depending on the business hours and on going sales. Order forms not filled out correctly can cause a delay in your order.
Taxes, Shipping Rates & Customs
Sleek Pro is based out of Atlanta, Ga. Georgia carries a 7% tax rate and will be applied to all orders. Shipping for international & domestic shipping are based on the postal service rates & our company pays the difference. We do not have control of international shipping prices charged by the postal service or taxes or fees charged in other countries.
How can I check the status of my order?
We thank you for purchasing our wonderful products. To check the status of your shipment, please use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow the full estimated time of deliver before submitting order inquiries.
Returns & Refunds
All products are nonrefundable. Due to our safety and sanitation policy we do not accept returns or exchanges on any used or unused products, (NO EXCEPTIONS). If any error is made on our behalf were the we must be notified in 7 business days from receiving on all eligible products. Orders must be post marked no more than 7 days upon receiving by customer. We are not responsible for unattended packages once shipped to the correct mailing address provided to us at checkout. Customer is responsible for shipping for all returned packages that are undelivered due to any reason. Products must be in its original packaging as we do not resale or take in used products. All styling tools and vitamins are non-refundable. If you've purchased Sleek Pro products in store through authorized dealer’s customer must return products in store and follow the return/exchange policy under the authorized dealer’s policies. We only work with reputable authorized dealers that offer the same 100% customer service satisfaction. If you've purchased any Sleek Pro Products through an unauthorized dealer not affiliated with Sleek Pro, unfortunately we are unable to assist you as Sleek Pro only works with legally authorized Professional Beauty Supply Dealers. *We believe in respecting our customers and our employees.
